Two Thousand Twelve

New Years is a time when we look back at the past year and see all the things we did that year. It is also a time where we see our mistakes that we made and try and fix them for the next year. Most people make new years resolutions like, I will loose more weight, I will exercise this year more than last year, I will limit the time I spend on the internet etc. Which are good things to work on, but why not this year instead of making those kind of resolutions why not make resolutions that will impact in a greater way?
Why not let our 2012 resolutions be, I will read my Bible every day, Be kind to those around me, Think of others better than myself, why not have resolutions that can change you and the people around you.
Let 2012 be best year, and start by coming up with a few New Years resolutions to boost off the New Year in a great way!

It's a Southern Christmas

We who live in the south had a perfect Christmas! For you Yankees out there a Southern Christmas is where you go outside and even though it is Christmas day it is 70 degrees outside, the sun is shining, and there is no hint of snow on the ground! I came down on Christmas day wearing a short skirt and a short sleeved red shirt! That is a perfect cool outfit for a perfect hot Christmas day!
So you who like so snow and cold weather on Christmas day, stay away from our Southern Christmas!

My family took a trip to Beaufort, Sc for the day last week and I snapped a few (well a lot) of pictures!

But I will save you from the torment of looking at 100 photos and show you only a few...

Boaz shows up in most of my pictures because is so cute and so photogenic!

Hello! This is Peyton, finally! I have been very busy lately with this holiday season, as I am sure you all have too. I hope to post more often though. What I wanted to write about though, is that I got a canon XTi camera for Christmas! I am so exited! It was actually my moms, but it is only a couple years old and works good. I have already dressed my little sis up and had a couple photo shoots already! I will show you those later, but anyway I hope every one had a great Christmas!

My Story

I thought y'all might want to know a little about me and my camera!

I always liked cameras, but until the last year I had never really thought much about taking pictures. About two years ago my dad surprised my mom for Christmas and got her a new camera that had just come out. Well me being the snoopy person I am just had to try it out! The canon camera was amazing! I loved it and it was stuck to me like glue!! I have hardly put it down in the past year! My grandma an aunt both are into photography too and they have been so supportive of my pictures!

There you have it folks, my amazing story! Hehehe

One of the best things in life, is Family.
What would we do without them?
They are always there when you need somebody and they will always be your best friends!
I love my family, not only my brothers and sisters but my aunts and uncles and cousins and grandparents.
Family is something we should not only Love, but Cherish with every breath we take.

My little brother was born 2 weeks ago and the flowers that come along with that are perfect to get some amazing shots! 

The light on the original photo's were really bad but when I changed the affect they turned out great! Why don't you try it? 

Get a really bad looking picture you have taken and try to fix it up and see what turns out!
