Repeats and Randomness

I have lacked greatly in the inspiration department lately. I have only take a few pictures and I have been too lazy to edit them yet so they are all sitting in a folder on my desktop awaiting the weekend when I will hopefully be able to find some time to edit them.


For now you will have to be happy with browsing through some old and already been posted pictures.

  With Fall here and leaves finally turning bright yellows and oranges I am going to drag my cousin and sisters outside this weekend and finally take some Fall pictures. The trees down south take forever to turn colors! Everything here is still green!

Classes are out for Thanksgiving and Christmas break which I was counting down the days for, finally I have a little break in school work! But alas, I still have math. I hate math. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are almost here! Where has time gone? It seems like Christmas was just here!

So, since Peyton has obviously forgotten to post since like last year. I have decided that I am going to make some changes to this blog. It will still be a Photography blog and it will still be mine and Peyton's to post on but It will be more of my life blog. Something I can go back on and look at years from now and see what I was doing. I haven't asked Pey about this but she's going to have to deal with my changes! :)
What do you think? Should I make this blog more about my crazy life with my camera?

The Mower and the Snake

A tragic story that befell Yours Truly...

I was cutting our grass last weekend with our new- really-cool-zero-turn mower. I was riding along. Cutting the grass. yada.yada.yada Well, I decided I would cut the grass around our Chicken Coop/ Future Horse Pasture (hopefully) when I got stuck in the mud. Only I would cut the grass, in a field, right after the rain. But anyway. I got stuck and my dad had to come fish me out of the "mud of dispare" as I called it. So, I went on cutting the field. yada. yada. yada. Then I got stuck again. Ooops. So I looked down to see if there was a way out of the mud without having to inform my dad I was in the "mud of dispare" again. I looked down and right before my very eyes. Was a snake. I am deathly afraid of snakes. So, I did the only thing a girl can do when she stuck in a field on a lawn mower pinned by a snake. I screemed ( and screamed and I was accused of crying too. I mean I was scared. People cry when they are scared. Right?) My sister finally came to my rescue and got my Dad to come over and kill the snake with a stick.
Redneck I know. I can't help how my family behaves.  :)

My weekness....

 

My ultimate weekness is clothes. 

  I adore clothes. Target and Old Navy are my two favorite places in the world. Marshals and T.J Maxx just got a new line of clothes this past year, and they are pretty awesome too! 

Ugh, if only my $$ was endless... My dad would have to build me a new dresser!

4th of July

My 4th was great! We had an awesome breakfast cooked by my awesome mom, then for lunch we grilled hamburgers and fries *win*win* and that night we shot fireworks in our yard.

Story:
We have a big pond in front of our house, and so we decided we would put the big fireworks on the bank so they would explode over the pond. Not a smart move..
My brother (giving my brother a firework was not a smart move either) set the firework on the edge of the pond and lit it. The firework was one of those huge, loud, go really high kind so the force of the 1st shot sent the firework rolling down the hill into the pond, The fireworks came shooting right at me. I starting screaming! :P It scared me, but anyways it finally rolled all the way down the hill and landed in the pond, so only 1/2 the fireworks shot before they got all wet. It was tragic. It almost ruined my 4th. But the giant sparklers cured that......

My new puppy

So I just looked back through my past posts and realized I never showed y'all my new puppy! He is the most adorable thing ever! His name is Doc, and he is a white lab!

 I know, he's to die for! :)

My new obsession..

My new obsession has to be Micro Pigs, they are adorable! They are cleaner than dogs and cats, they are very easily litter box trained and they love to cuddle! Perfect pet! Did I already add that they are super cute??!

Hey Y'all,
Last weekend my grandma gave me Elements Photoshop for my computer. I'm trying to get it all figured out and wondered if anybody had ever seen any type of tutorial on the internet that was good. I just needed some help with figuring out all the in's and out's of it without paying big bucks to take a whole course on it.

I was at my Aunt's house all last weekend and had a pretty awesome photo shoot with my Cousins while I was up there! I'll post the pictures soon....

Hey Y'all,
I have something that needs prayer!
My grandfather had some tests run the other day and as of right now it looks like he has Pancreatic Cancer, which is one of the most fatal cancers....
I'll keep y'all updated on what happens but this has been really hard on my dad and his brother. So keep them all in your prayers!

Hey guys (or should I say girls!:) I have a moment so I thought I would post some more pictures. I have been doing a lot of photo shoots lately with my mom and aunt who are starting a photography business. We edited them with a new editing program from a place called Oh So Posh, which by the way does wonders for your pictures! Anyway, I will probably be posting more soon.
